Mastering Personal Growth
Upon completing this course, you will gain valuable insights into personal development and behavior change. You will learn about the negative impact of self-judgment and how it can hinder progress, while also defining the concept of "locus of control" and its significance in shaping your actions. The course will introduce you to the Transtheoretical Model of behavior change, offering a structured approach to understanding how individuals progress through different stages of change. You will also explore the hexaflex, a framework for promoting psychological flexibility, and learn to apply the Bull’s Eye exercise, a practical tool for setting and achieving personal goals.
