Behavioral Strategies for Understanding and Influencing Eating Habits
In this course, you will explore the key factors that shape eating behaviors, including the social influences that play a significant role. You’ll gain an understanding of Interlocking Behavioral Contingencies (IBC) and how they relate to behavior patterns, while also learning how to illustrate synthesized antecedents and consequences to influence behavior effectively. Additionally, you’ll be introduced to the PIC/NIC analysis and how to apply it in real-world scenarios. By the end of the session, you'll be equipped with practical tools to analyze and influence eating behavior and broader behavioral patterns.
